At first, don't go straight to the observation deck entrance. Enter through one of the many other business entrances and you may be able to get in if you don't act like a tourist. Most likely security will ask you to leave, but seeing the inside of building itself is as fun as the observation deck.
Go as early as possible, but still expect a line. You'll probably spend two hours in line before getting to the deck, and more than likely you'll only spend twenty minutes observing.
When you get to the theater part, go directly to the first aisle. This can save you thirty minutes of waiting as the doors open directly next to the first aisle.
Don't fart in the elevator.
