I don't anything about "Blood Will Tell", but I will always remember when Game Informer reviewed it. At the time they would always subtitle their reviews. So when they reviewed it the subtitle was "Crap Will Tell".

I laughed so hard at this.

There used to be a racing series that I loved called Tokyo Extreme Racer. It was actually a very good game that didn't get the love it deserved. The game took place on an actual map on Tokyo's highway system. You would drive up behind another car and flash your lights at them in order to start a race. You would win by staying in the lead for a long period of time. Each car had a health bar and the longer you stayed in front the more health you would drain from the other car. You would win money and could buy new parts for your car. The games were all detailed and long.

I'm not really sure why they didn't do well. But, they are great if you like racing games.

It's been mentioned on this site before, although forgotten by the public: Scooby Doo: Night of 100 Frights. It sold well enough to become GH, but since it's an old licensed platformer most gamers have forgotten about it. Fun little game that captured the feel of the original and sequel show quite well.

great vid Jesus!

You are right. Some of these are available on other platforms. I have Metal Arms disc only on PS2 and just recently I got it again on Xbox.

Vampire night is one i owned back in the early 00's. I Sold it back then, and I bought it again a year and a half ago. You cant go wrong with either GC1 or GC2. It is a good game to play with a friend.

I'm not sure how hard it is to find Blood Will Tell. But it did take me quite a while to get it. I got it a year ago. I couldn't find it in any gamestops near me. I had to get it at an FYE. Well worth the $8.00 I got it for.

I played Echo Night Beyond In a Demo once. It was nice. I think I should get this one next.

Thanks!

Crimson Tears looks interesting and I'm sure I've seen it cheap at GS before. Maybe I'll see if I can snap it up before all the PS2 stuff is gone. Don't forget there was a second Gungrave game too. Nice Archon shirt. :)

100% agree on Kim Possible, a very good 2d platformer that even can be played with an Arcade stick. Snoopy is also pretty good. That Blood Will Tell looks intriguing, definitely will be on the hunt for it.

I recently aquired the Infogames version of PS2 Micro Machines which turned out to have less then favorable reviews then the V4 version. However it does have a bomb level which reminded me of the "Tag" level on Atari 2600 Indy 500.

Loved the montage at the end, the PS2 has soooo many great games!

Nice video. :) Snoopy actually looks quite good. It kind of reminds me of Sky Gunner. I also need to try out Crimson Tears some day. Beat 'em ups with RPG elements are okay by me. I definitely agree that the Shadow Hearts games are woefully overlooked. I've always liked the creepy vibe in those, and it's probably also worth taking Koudelka for a spin on the PS1 since it's the game that set the groundwork for the series.
