What was the last movie you've seen?

Just going by your own criteria ;) DAS BOOT is a movie about imminent death in a claustrophobic environment, but it isn't a horror film either.

ALIENS is an action Sci-Fi, not a horror film. ALIEN 3 is...well. It's something different.

I am pretty much discounting BD's thoughts on horror because he thinks NOES is a "classic" deserving of that status.

Also, as the board's authority on horror films, I would like to pronounce that Alien films after the first are not horror and that Cabin in the Woods is roughly a 4.5/5.

Did I say that? Comparing the 2 is like apples and orange anyways.

And I would think you, Luke, would have good enough tastes to realize NOES is a horror classic.
