You can't spike the ball in front of an opponent. But seeing as team celebrations are all of a sudden being allowed as well, I'm not surprised.

The "official" officials really aren't any better than the replacements. Never saw a replacement ref blow a coin toss, or actually steal a SuperBowl coin.

Well, personally I don't care about the no taunting rule and whatnot. The main thing I care about is if you're going to showboat, at least make it entertaining for the viewers. Then the league can toss down sanctions and fines if it makes them feel better.
