I'd probably touch my saturn a lot more if i could hook it up to my hyundai l90d+ lcd. it has both digital/alanog (digital being used) inputs
any way to hook it up to the lcd or do i have to get a tv tuner card and run it through that
connect saturn to lcd monitor

It depends... VGA is based on RGB, but with a higher sync frequency. You'd have to check the manual to see if it excepts the low frequency of the Saturn.
OR... buy a doubler which costs around 100+ dollars.
Best bet is a capture card as they are cheap... though the quality will be much lower then a doubler.
