Saturn and PS1 games you can do the same. I don't know about *all* their games, but I've definitely had several which play. I think it was the PS1 Centipede which was actually had some pretty cool songs.

Turbo CD games too. Toss Ys Book I & II in a CD player sometime. 8)

Never realized any of this about the music tracks before! That's awesome! I went and Googled it and there's a whole list of games that have music tracks here:

Yeah, not a PS1 game, but still cool to see it on the list. It does work, I tried the ones out I had after seeing the list.

While we're talking about hidden disc-goodies away from consoles, if anyone has MDK2 for Dreamcast, put it in your computer.....
