I would, but only for going "over the line". (The line, of course, is plagiarism.)dsheinem wrote:MARK IT ZERO!o.pwuaioc wrote:Yes, I will mark it late.

Ticked: My monitor appears to be on it's last legs. After only a year and a half too. So just outside the warranty period.
The IPS panel is still brilliant, but, the monitor loses signal, wont respond to any of the buttons, and sometimes even distorts the image. I know it's not my graphics card or cable. Happens with both my new and old graphics card on both DVI and DisplayPort. I reinstalled drivers but that didn't help either.
I left it unplugged overnight in a hope that for some reason, who knows why, that would help. I guess we'll see over the course of the day.
Smile: My new 7950 is an absolute beast. With my 6850 I couldn't run PlanetSide 2 on lowest at any resolution without having framerate issues (it's not veryoptimized), now I can have it on highest minus ambient occlusion and it runs like butter.
I'm very impressed with MSI's cooler design. I haven't been able to get the card over about 73c and it remains extremely quiet at all times. It even looks nice:

And a last smile: I have the house to myself till Monday evening. Pajamas and video games ftw!

As long as Luke's house/neighborhood exists i'm not sure i could comfortably post pictures of mine.

I couldn't wish for a better house or neighborhood. If I had my druthers, I'd retire here.
Smile/frown: Giving the master bathroom toilet a make over. New handle, pump, and ballcock. Would rather be loafing around watching college football, but I do like my john running like a champ.

Problem fixed. Thanks... ^^MrPopo wrote:Open task manager, go to details, find the process, right click, that menu will let you set affinity.
After that I had one more problem. Random video glitches...
Set fog from complex to simple, even though complex did not give me any video glitches before. That took care of that problem. Only thing, just to be sure, I set it back to complex, and lo and behold, the glitches were still gone...
PCs are just fucking weird I tell you...
Seriously considering a Windows XP / Windows 7 dual boot.
That should take care of most older games' compatibility problems right?...
You sure lots of vinegar and patience would not have solved the problem?...Luke wrote:Smile/frown: Giving the master bathroom toilet a make over. New handle, pump, and ballcock. Would rather be loafing around watching college football, but I do like my john running like a champ.
