Very nice, yeah my goodwill has the set price of 3.99 for any game too.

I once went to the goodwill over in RPB, and I'm all looking around and found videogames. They had stuff ranging from Atari all the way up to Playstation. There were two prices underneath it:

99 cents tapes
9.99 CDs

now I couldn't quite figure out what tapes were, but it said CDs were 9.99, so I'm like, k... tapes is probably carts and some idiot is just an idiot.

I snatched up some games, nothing to special, walk up to the register and the carts were 9.99 as well! My eyes went buggilyboo and I just left the carts at the register and walked out.

they can have some nice deals and some pretty rare stuff to (their website is great also)
