My wife totally understands my passion, she doesn't mind me going to flea markets and thrift stores all the time. We just live in a small 2 bedroom condo and we are expecting a baby, so the collection had to be moved out of our 2nd bedroom/office!
Actually, you get to spend MORE time with your stuff now that it's with you all day. I have a basement full of goodies that never get any attention.

As for the Sega Kiosk, pretty sure it's not a proto- my dentist still has one on location in his office. Next time I see him, I'm going to throw an offer at him :)

Exactly! I work with many other nerds! :)

Great way to encourage kids (and grown ups) to go to the dentist!

^ Our orthodontist had a NES and a Sega Master System (!) hooked up in the waiting area. Pretty certain the SMS played the pack-in shooter.

One of these days, I'm just going to ask the guy what he wants for it. It needs a good home :)

Sweet. Got any extra turtles to sell for cheap? My collecting stopped when I ran out of money.

Not at the moment, but I did go out and buy the new Playmates line from the Nickelodeon series...not the same as the original, but pretty cool

I'm not big on the new ones' bellbottom legs, but I do want those large retro turtles they came out with.
