To be honest i think Quake and Unreal are the best FPS it has to offer,it really is a shame that the Dreamcast could not of hung on for a while longer it might of got Time Splitters although i think that was a Sony Ps2 exclusive but you never know what might of been.

Get a DC mouse & keyboard and get Unreal Tournament, Quake III Arena and Outtrigger.

That is correct. You can switch from 3rd person to 1st person on the fly in single player or when playing the now defunct online mode.
1st person view is forced when playing in split-screen.
