No problem. 8) I hope people enjoy them.

I think Slender is a good game for playing with people at a party or with people that don't normally play games. The game can be played in about 15 minutes. The controls and the rules are simple: find the notes and don't look at the Slenderman (or it takes you).

It's almost more scary and fun playing it with someone inexperienced with games. I got my younger brother to play it recently who is not a gamer. Everyone was curled around the screen on my laptop watching him play and yelling "Don't look! Run away!" every time the Slenderman showed up on the screen. It was fun having my brother play because he is so unfamiliar with FPS controls that he was sort of like the clumsy person in a horror movie that always manages to fall down. He would flail around and stumble through the forest every time we yelled "Slenderman! Slenderman!".

I would add White Day: A Labyrinth Named School to this list. Originally released only in Korea for PC in 2000 it suffered from poor sales and was very hard to come by. Since then the company who produced it folded and the game has become abandonware with no one holding any rights to it any longer.

Since it has become abandonware an English patch has been made for the game. Both the game and the patch are avaible here: http://unnamedgs0.blogspot.co.uk/p/whiteday.html

Make sure you follow the instructions because even with the patch it can be tricky to get working as it was originally designed to only work with Korean computers of course.

Thanks for the addition MrHealthy. I'm going to have to check that out. :)

I also just read about this RPGMaker Horror Trilogy called One Night:

Worth noting, the easier the difficulty you play White Day on the less scares in the game, so play on as hard a difficulty you think your heart can handle.

Also, my god at my writing in my last post. It looks like english is not my first language. Thats what I get for typing that up while sick I guess.

It's pretty scary so far and not even Amnesia managed to freak me out. Also, I hope you've watched the Saw films before playing the game.

There's been a wave of quick and dirty horror games like Slender recently. They aren't really full games, but they throw you in a scary situation with creepy atmosphere and let you die. Games like The Briefcase, Candles, The Corridor, SCP- Containment Breach, and so on:

Here's a list of some games like that and others. You might also want to try The Soundless Mountain (also in the link), which is a demake of Silent Hill.
