Watch TAKEN, you'll enjoy it. It's well thought out, well acted, and the score is good as well.

The TAKEN franchise will be a lot like 24, but where Jack has a daughter that helps out. It could work, but Taken 2 aka Taken Tag (ho ho) doesn't live up to its predecessor.

It's on my to-do list. I really like Liam Neeson and the concept does sound cool. I guess I'm waiting until I stumble upon a decently priced blu ray or something.

My worst fears become reality. I blame Olivier Megaton.

TAKEN 2 isn't terrible, more of a let down. I'd pay to see it via a rental or in the theater, it won't blow your socks off though. Let's hope it is just a sophomore slump.

Yes or no, is there a scene as awesome as the
electric torture scene?

I hope, the original was one of the hardest PG-13 films I've ever seen.

No. Unless you are being sarcastic, then yes,

It's pulpier than TAKEN which is its major flaw. Reminiscent of TMNT 2, it keeps with the main theme but seems a bit... "cheap" maybe? Toned down?

I understand exactly what you're trying to convey. And no, I wasn't being sarcastic; I loved that scene.

I just saw Looper. I liked it, but it should be titled "Loopholes."

Would've been an awesome horror movie. But the last few minutes completely ruined it...

Better to steal a good (spot on) review than to write a sucky one myself:
