Or game fucking. eXistenZ was...well, I've no desire to see my games go that route. If ever I have to put up with penetrating myself with a game controller which then seems to orgasm when I touch its analog sticks...I think I'll just give up gaming. Though making a gun from chicken bones was pretty cool.

I've never seen eXistenZ but from what you described... it sounds more comfortable than the Power Glove .

Anyway, I would like to say that if you guys enjoyed Snatch, look up Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels. It really is a wonderful film.

Just watched Loopers - awesome! Trying to think of a hole in the plot but can't come up with one. Possibly the smartest time-travel movie ever?

I have not seen Looper yet. (I have heard that it is very good, however, and I am looking forward to it.) It would, however, have to go a long way to be as intelligent as "Primer":

If you enjoy thinking over the possibilities - and paradoxes - that would be created by time travel, then I highly recommend that movie.

I love the fact that the movie didn't try to be a brain buster. It's basically, "time travel is possible", boom. Done.

I was pretty disappointed by Looper actually. There were a few elements about the time travel where I had problems suspending my disbelief. I don't need a big explanation about how the time travel works or even for it to make complete sense, but I do need a basic set of rules for it to stick to if I'm going to buy it.

I don't think it's something that's going to bother most people who see the movie though.

It was interesting that you don't really know which character you're supposed to be rooting for as the protagonist for much of the film but they didn't follow through with this idea as well as they could have and I found myself not really caring who won the entire time.

Like Joe said, Loopers are not the most forward thinking individuals .
