Re: Have You Ever Lost a Game?
I lost my GBA SP. I can't find that damn thing anywhere, which sucks because my copy of FF VI is in it. It's somewhere in the house for sure, but it's anyone's guess as to where exactly. I thought it was in my closet where I usually keep it, but the damn dust mites must have taken it somewhere.

Re: Have You Ever Lost a Game?
I had placed 3 DS games in a keyboard box (don't ask why) and I threw away the box some months later, without checking what was inside it...

Re: Have You Ever Lost a Game?
I lost my disc copy of PHILOSOMA for PS1.
I know its in another case with another game, but i dont know where.
I havent seen it in about two years now.
I didn't catalog my stuff untill a year an a half ago. And I figured I'll come across it as I typed what I own in a Notepad on the computer. But It hasn't.
I doubt I'll see it again in another year or two. Since most of my stuff is in boxes in storage while I start to fix up a house that eventually will be my new home.

Re: Have You Ever Lost a Game?
My old PC copies of Pick N Pile, Xenon 2, and Bombuzal went missing. They were always kept above my parent's computer desk. When I came back from school and wanted to play them, nowhere to be found. The annoying thing is my Dad's old PC disks for Tetris, Welltris, Faces, and Breakthru all stayed put so I must have misplaced my games somewhere.

Yeah, I've had a few games over the years. Super Mario Land for Game Boy, and Super Mario 64 and Super Smash Bros. for N64. No clue what happened to SML, but I think the other two were stolen because I lived in a bad neighborhood at the time.

Lost an N64 cart of arcade classics something-or-other. Still have the box. I think it got left behind/tossed during a move. Or the movers stole it.
Re: Have You Ever Lost a Game?
I used to lose my Gameboy Color games games quite a lot, but I think they always turned up somewhere.
The only game I remember losing and not really knowing how, is Metal Slug 1st Mission for the Neo Geo Pocket Color. I took my NGPC and games with me on a college trip to Spain, but when I came back, I found Metal Slug was missing. I don't know if I just lost it/left it somewhere at the hotel, or if someone stole it, but I just went straight to my local games shop and bought another copy.

Lost a copy of Drill Dozer on a trip to Chicago once. Luckily, I was able to replace it cheaply while Game Stop was clearing out their GBA stock. Even scored a manual with it!

The only thing I've lost is the cases to a number of PSX games. I put the games and manuals into a small carrier and the cases were with my other empty music ones. This worked optimally when going back and forth to college. I've searched for years and could never find the game cases again. Two of them are Point Blank 2 and Castlevania SOTN

Re: Have You Ever Lost a Game?
Popful Mail.
I took the disc out of that dreadful US Sega CD case that breaks just by looking at it.
So I was going to store the game in a new case, and later on when I went to do that, like magic....it was gone. No game disc to be found. Nada.
I distinctly remember putting it on a shelf until I got around to swapping the cases later that same day. That was over three months ago.
The cleaning lady that we hire on occasion reckons she didn't see squat.
Still pissed off about that. That damned game cost me good money to get it.
