On what is presumably the last mission, based on the objectives. Would have finished last night, but I had to stop for more AHGL tryouts.

this is the only steam game i have an issue with mic as well, and i know s1mplehumar is not having a good time with it more than me. :?

sevin, Im half tempted to just disable in game and do it via Steam. BL2 is the only game Ive had this issue with but its really annoying and I am half tempted to bring out the mixer and adapters - but it really shouldnt come down to that.

indeed. i am annoyed by it as well... if the people i'm playing with are down on using mic via Steam i won't have any issue going that route.

Randy Pitchford (Prez of Gearbox) just gave out a code for 10k uses (1 use per account) for a Borderlands 2 Golden Key, you redeem this in-game through the "Extras" item on the main menu through Shift.

PC Code: KBCJ3-KX9B6-XTBJT-TT33B-C9ZR3
360 Code: 5JKJ3-6TWSJ-BRXBX-K6JJJ-FXXWB
PS3 Code: 5JKJ3-6TWKS-CSTCT-S3KJJ-FXX3W

You can copy and paste it into the game.

I have played 20 hours of Borderlands in the week since its release  That's almost a full day devoted to one game.

According to Steam, I had only played the first one about 12 hours over the course of a few years  I feel like I need to go back and give it another shot, though. How long is the campaign in the original?

I feel like the main campaign of the second is a few hours longer, however there are heaps more side missions in Borderlands 2 (and backtracking is more obvious in Borderlands 2) adding a few more hours to it.

I have a total of 18 hours in BL1, which includes Zombie Island of Dr. Ned and Secret Armory of General Knoxx. I never got around to doing Claptrap's Robot Revolution. So yeah, BL1 is a shorter game for your first playthrough.

Haha, slacker. I had 24-25 on Friday. I actually didn't play much over the weekend as I was busy with other things.
