Just FYI - new sellers or infrequent sellers often have a 30 day hold on incoming payments. As a buyer if you got your item you are good.

IIRC if the seller adds a trackin number and it shows delivered OR if the buyer leaves positive feedback than the money is released to the seller at that time (before the 30 days).

I'm aware of that but I thought it was strange that I got my package and left positive feedback forever ago and the funds still said pending (it has been more than 21 days but less than 30). The seller did somehow provide 2 incorrect tracking numbers (not sure what that was about but maybe that had something to do with the hold?) but other than that everything was good. I just didn't know if it could have something to do with them being an "unregistered" paypal user or something else. I don't suppose it matters now.

I've had something similar happen on a couple of occasions. Both times the issue was resolved.

The one time it was a case of the seller not having signed up with PayPal using the same email address that I sent the money to and/or him simply needing to add that email address to his account and confirm that email address.

The other time it was just a simple case of, in their PayPal account, the option to accept or deny payment.
