I got my character up to level 5 and played for about two hours last night. I am surprised how well my aged 8800GTS 640MB chews through everything at a decent resolution (1280X1024) and with high detail/medium PhysX on. I'll probably turn the PhysX off for multiplayer, but it still looks great even without that option.
I'm playing as Zer0. What classes are others using?

That gives me hope that my 9600gt will run it decently at 1360x768 on low/medium. Its the main bottleneck on my pc - that and four gigs of ram, but other than Borderlands 2 my other most anticipated pc titles are indies so I should be ok.dsheinem wrote:I am surprised how well my aged 8800GTS 640MB chews through everything at a decent resolution (1280X1024) and with high detail/medium PhysX on.
Edit:
After watching this:
Now I want a PhysX capable setup.

Wow, I've normally seen PhysX as a take it or leave it thing but seeing that trailer I'm seriously tempted to go down to MicroCenter and buy myself a 660Ti today.fastbilly1 wrote:That gives me hope that my 9600gt will run it decently at 1360x768 on low/medium. Fiending for some action here. I might have to take a 2 hr nap when I get home. Running on fumes (3 hrs sleep) just doesn't cut the mustard.

Has anyone got any of the Premiere club stuff in game yet? It appears under my DLC tab, but I have not 'found' any of it yet.
I am level 10 and doing job for Roland.

Apparently the pre-order stuff means utterly nothing as you can enable it in cfg files (including gold keys).

I keep hearing how well optimized it is as well, wonder if my Radeon HD 5570 could handle it on medium or something?... wish there was a demo of sorts.
Re: Borderlands 2 PC multiplayer meetups + Gamespy IDs
My GTX285 runs it at 60FPS with everything on the highest other than PhysX, which runs at 60fps in most areas but can drop down to below 30fps, so I leave it on LOW.Xeogred wrote:I keep hearing how well optimized it is as well, wonder if my Radeon HD 5570 could handle it on medium or something?... wish there was a demo of sorts.
