What was the last movie you've seen?

However, many times it does.

I ROBOT.
I have not seen it, but apparently that film has no trouble failing on its own merits. The fact that it shares a title with a great work of science fiction only makes it failure more striking.

On topic: The last movie I saw was the 1973 horror classic "Don't Look Now" with Julie Christie and Donald Sutherland. I looked up some criticism after watching it, and my wife and I are apparently the only two people in the world who do not think that movie is great...

It's nice that they finally confirmed what everyone knew already.
Let strength be granted, so the world might be mended...so the world might be mended.

Am I the only one that isn't impressed? I thought The Specials was terrible. And I think he wrote Sliver, which wasn't TERRIBLE, but it also wasn't great.

edit: lol, not Sliver.. SLITHER. totally different movie.

It's a pretty perfect action movie isn't it? It's so raw and gritty. Love it.
It is a good action movie. It is GREAT comedy/satire. (The same thing goes for Verhoeven's other great film, Starship Troopers.)
Both movies are fan-freaking-tastic. Two of the best action/sci-fi films ever made. But other than the parts on T.V. within the film, I didn't see much that was humorous in Robocop. It was a pretty dark and bleak movie.
