Pretty cool demo. I haven't finished it because I had to leave for work but from what I did play, it seems very cool. And I'm sure that the powers (which are pretty awesome) that you get are just 'beginner' powers, so I can imagine the full game will be pretty badass.

Anyone else check it out?

Everything I've seen so far does not impress me. It seems like its nothing but Jedi Outcast/Academy, but with a bigger marketing campaign to hype it. Seriously guys, go play those two other games. And not on console; you need the PC versions.

Seems ok, I wasn't overly impressed - combat seems fun, but moving objects with the force grab and directing them with the force throw seems a bit cumbersome. Also, the camera is pretty atrocious; it seemed like I was always battling with it, especially in the fight at the end of the demo - yes, you can lock on, but the lock on feature seemed frustratingly difficult to use when many items/enemies were in close proximity to each other. All in all, i'll personally be waiting for some reviews before I pick it up.

I played outcast, and it was cool. Never played Academy, and they don't seem all that similar to me.

I liked it, whatever.

haven't tried it but my brother who is a huge star wars fan (and gamer) was not impressed, very disappointed as he was looking forward to this

I played it today and it was fun, but the force controls aren't as simple as they should be - it should be as easy as something like God of War's combat/magic controls - which this game seems influenced by.

I'll probably pick it up at bargain price after a year or two, though.
