What the title says, fellas. PSPs are now cheap and having both CT and OutRun 2006 in the same portable can justify a pucharse for me.
I'm more interested in the gameplay than the graphics, I know they suffered a little.

The gameplay is pretty much the same, and the graphics are actually pretty good for an early PSP title. It's certainly better than the abysmal GBA port.

But it's not all that great. If you have a PSP2000 or up, it's playable, on the original PSP...
Well, while your driving, there will be SEVERAL times where you can't actually see the road or buildings you're driving on and around because they haven't loaded in yet.

It's pretty good, except they took out the original music and brand logos, but you can make custom soundtracks...

@Ryantheslaya:
is this a case where using a CFW, and playing from an iso on the memory stick would help?
Also, does it benefit from CFW- increased clockspeeds like Outrun 2006?

Clockspeeds probably wouldn't help much as the framerate is stable. ISO might help, since the main issue is the lack of RAM and the need to load assets from the disc to and from said RAM. It'd probably have crappy draw distance still, but, it would also probably negate the driving through/on empty space.dust_hound wrote:@Ryantheslaya:
