Please recemmend me some splitcreen co-op games.

Post by floattube »

My dad and I have been playing some co-op games together lately, and I need some more suggestions.

Perferred Consoles: XBox 360, PS3, Dreamcast, Gamecube.

Games we've been playing
Borderlands (XBox 360)
Gauntlet Legends (DC)
Dynamite Cop (DC)

Great suggestions from Cronozilla, I was going to recommend similar.

What sort of genres do you two enjoy playing? The Halo games are all a lot of fun co-op, too.

Saints Row 2 and 3 are the best coop games ever made.

Why not try some boardgames? I think some of the best coop games are boardgames:

On the "Linked items" part, click on "sort by rank" to read about the best ones.

Concerning videogames, if you like Gauntlet, you may want to check out Dungeon Explorer, they say they are similar and play very well with two or three players.

Some other considerations:
Smash TV
Blasteroids
Elevator Action Returns

Thanks for all the ideas guys. And just so you know, they have to be splitscreen co-op, so SR3 is out of question.

My dad's not that good at FPS (with the exception of Borderlands, mind you). I guess I could have said that in the OP...

Thanks for the link, Anapan. And I just might look into the board game suggestion.
