Indeed, that is super fake bootleg pirate-tastic. Poorly photoshopped mess of an image on the sticker, western shaped cart shell, but has the Japanese notch on the left side. I'm guessing it's a hack of the first game, or some other game with the FD sprites hacked into it like all of the Sonic/Mario/Tiny Toons mashups.

yeah, you can try. But not everyone is a pirate collector. Some will want it for collecting purposes. There are some pirate stuff out there worth some money.

It's a bootleg. Might be a rare boot, but rather worthless in the grand scheme of things. GEN boots are the least valuable of all boots, maybe $15-20.
Adventures of Batman and Robin is a $5-8 game and "rarer" than Batman Returns, but not rare in the sense of being rare.
Use google for some of this stuff.
