I was under the impression that it has CG controller inputs. Wii arcade sticks should work just fine. I could be wrong, though.

The Wii literally has no good arcade sticks unless you mod. I am hoping the Wii-U will get quality USB sticks w/ Sanwa parts.

With a quality fighter like TTT2 on the Wii U, I'm certain high profile companies like Hori and Madcatz will jump at the opportunity to make a high quality stick much like they have been doing for the PS3 and 360.

This is true. I'd also love for QanBa to release a 4 in 1 stick. They already do 3 in 1 sticks (PC, PS3, 360). Probably not that easy to do but would be nice. Will certainly settle for Hori.

Would also be nice if whatever Wii-U stick is released is backwards compatible with the Wii. Would love to play Illvelo with a decent stick. Won't be able to play it on the Wii-U because it's a Japanese only game. And Tatsunoko vs Capcom may be a joy to play on the Wii-U if said quality Wii-U sticks do arrive.
