Seriously. Screw you Shao Kahn I'm gonna play Animal Crossing.
I think this will be way better than Scott Pilgrim. I kind of think just the trailer for this is better than Scott Pilgrim.Gamerforlife wrote:Will be interesting to see how this compares to Scott Pilgrim. Seems like the best video game movies are the ones not based on a specific video game property. Wizard and Tron come to mind

Well, that's awfully presumptuous of you. From what I've seen of the most recent trailer, the first half looks pretty good, but the latter half look underwhelming and uninspired. Of course this is only an impression of the trailer.Luke wrote:Gamerforlife wrote:Will be interesting to see how this compares to Scott Pilgrim.
W.I.Ralph will be more heart felt, better written, better directed, funnier, and more memorable than Scott Pilgrim in spades.
You could find similarities in everything ever made if you think of it this way. I work in the industry and Pixar hires some of the most talented people in the business. They are amazing and have revolutionized the way animations are created and the entire process in general.OldSchool_Boy wrote:If this was supposed to be serious, I haven'tbenderx wrote:Pixar hasn't done anything original just a copycat company. For instance Cars inspiration came from old disney short cartoons. Wall-E is totally based off of Short Circuit. There have been many cartoons that done animals or bugs cartoons. Incredibles is an explosion of marvel and DC Hero movies. There have been many cartoons that have done UP movie, King of the hill had a ballon episode. Monsters, Inc. is based off of Little Monsters 1989. If Pixar was independent instead of Disney buying them out they would create other theme movies. I wouldn't even work for Pixar if they offered me a job. There a coming movie Brave seems tempting to watch. I won't judge wreck It Ralph yet, eventhough nintendo may have donkey kong lawsuitt or billy mitchell.so hard.
Anything with Michael Cera > anything with Sarah Silverman IMO, although I think it is pretty hard to compare these movies, because the style seems completely different.Luke wrote:Gamerforlife wrote:Will be interesting to see how this compares to Scott Pilgrim.

oh I think Cera's hilarious. And I thought Scott Pilgrim was entertaining, but there was so much hype about it that I felt really let down.Stark wrote: Anything with Michael Cera > anything with Sarah Silverman IMO, although I think it is pretty hard to compare these movies, because the style seems completely different.
