DRM Free.
Portion of money goes to charity.
Many games will come with Steam/Desura keys.

The first game up for grabs (at however much you want to pay for it) is Escape Goat.
Escape Goat has been one of my favorite indie games of 2012 so far. I highly recommend it to anyone that is a fan of platformer puzzle games like Solomon's Key.
