Clowns.
Because you're just that lucky, right? I had the same package and usually it was the internet that would cause my router to crap itself and hell ensued for the next 15 minutes...

:D Went out with my girlfriend to the soccer stadium to watch her team. They won 2-1. She was happy, I was happy.

 Meanwhile, the team I am a fan was pounded 4-0 in a home game. Hope the manager gets fired, the club president steps down, their houses burn, and they die horribly in a plane crash.

Hand shakes are like phone calls, you don't have to respond.

She makes you shake her hand, she walks in the door hand out and won't let you in unless yo shake her hand.

She can't do that (forced physical contact), and that is just weird.

At least ask if you can opt for a fist bump.

Smile: It is simply gorgeous outside. Thinking about taking a half day just to sit outside with my dog, finish the book I'm reading, and having an ice cold beer. I've got plenty of days of vacation left, may as well use them.

Frown: Cisco stock is down, again :(

Tell her "brothers don't shake, brothers hug" and then squeeze her. My guess is she won't extend her hand anymore.
