I'd probably have to say either Unreal Tournament or Street Fighter Alpha 3; can't remember which, but I know these were the 1st 2 titles I got for it.

College roommate got one on the release date - we played NFL 2K along with Ready 2 Rumble.

I got my own in the summer of 2000. First game there was Power Stone.

SOULCALIBUR! It was disk only, laying in my dreamcast scratched to hell, but I only had troubles with it one time, and it booted up perfect after a reset.
I still need to 100% the game, I almost have all art cards, but there is no way in hell I could beat all master diffuculty missions.

Was given my DC on my birthday in October '99. Still have it. My first game (if you don't count the demo disk that came with it) was Sonic Adventure.

Sonic Adventure was the first game I played on my Dreamcast. Fast forward about two weeks, and I bought my copy of Phantasy Star Online.

Bad.Ass.Game.

I need to hook my DC up to the internet again and get in on one of those private servers for it.
I remember playing this one late into the night, every night in high school, when it came out.
PSO, and the original Sunday-night Adult Swim block were probably the greatest detriments to my GPA.

I regret selling my Dreamcast, and should probably pick another one up some time..of course if I do, that will be number four for me..

The first thing I played on my Dreamcast was House of the Dead 2 on the Demo disc. I'm pretty sure the first game I owned was Sonic Adventure followed by Crazy Taxi.

Didn't Blue Stinger have issues with defective discs as well? A buddy of mine went through three or four copies at the local K-mart before he gave up, and exchanged the last one for a different game.

An interesting tidbit, the Dreamcast was (is?) the only console you could be caught using to surf porn websites. Not that I know from experience..

Well, I didn't mean "your" mom, just moms in general. They seem to have a radar for that sort of goings on.

Was there a reason for the controller cable coming out of the bottom of the Dreamcasts controllers, rather than the top, like every other system?

I'm currently shopping around for another Dreamcast. I guess the 4th time's the charm..

Yes, there was actually. It's because of the dual expansion slot setup, and to a lesser degree (at least I'm guessing anyway) for manufacturing ease considering how the controller board is set up internally. To counter the awkwardness though they added that indent on the rearmost expansion slot where you can stuff the wire so it doesn't get in the way. I've personally never found it to be an issue either way though.
