Simpsons Hit & Run is fantastic. It captures the spirit of the series. It helped that the writers from the show actually did the story.

Merging time?

Well in recent times I can't think of games based on actual contemporary movies that were good. The High Moon Transformers games are pretty decent though, and the BttF games from Telltale as well.

I enjoyed what I played of Arkham Asylum. Got Arkham City recently and heard it's even better so I'm excited to get around to that. I loved Back to the Future the Game by Telltale, though towards the later episodes I got bored with the puzzles and would just spam the hint button to get the puzzles over with because I was way more interested in the story. Maybe if I played them episodically as they came out instead of just like playing through all of them at once...

Also Ducktales on the NES was kickass. I remember really like Scooby Doo and the Cyber Chase on the PS1 when I was a kid....I played it recently....didn't hold up as well as I remembered. It wasn't really BAD, but after the nostalgia went away, it was just kinda dull and boring.

Hardly the greatest game ever, but it's good fun. A lot of the mechanics that made Mirror's Edge fun are in this game, but the focus is on playing through a watered-down Section 9 case and blasting lots of generic enemies.

It's the only TV-based game I really like. Are there any you've enjoyed?
Yeah, that game is a great hidden gem for sure!
