Did you get it "Mike's Way"?

If I'm going to get a sub, it's going to be a Mike's sub. Their Prosciuttini is quite incredible.
I don't like Oil and Vinegar on my sandwich which I think comes with the Mike's Way.

I pay almost $5.00 for a few ounces of lemon curd. Pray tell, how do you make your lime curd?

It is occasionally dispensed by the nice mother unit, such as when I visited this past weekend. I can get the recipe she uses if you wish.

Please. I love making lemon chicken at home, but the curd costs too much and I can't find it in bulk. Always a teeny jar with about 3.5 ounces.

Not actually eating it now, but I greatly benefited from a particular very simple recipe suggested by Luke - the banana custard. This is a classic for the ages as far as I'm concerned.

The original suggestion mixes cocoa powder into it. That is good. I tried first blending chocolate into it (which was ok but perhaps not as good). A great variation is using cinnamon powder. That makes it very nice.

Right now I wasn't able to upload to the forum and I never felt like setting up photobucket or whatever.

Ivo.
