Anyone pick it up, and if so what servers are you all on?

I finally picked it up today, and it's installing. I have a few friends that are playing, going to join their server, whatever it is (they have to tell me yet, lol). Looking forward to it.

Playing on Tarnished Coast.

Got a level 18 thief (Erik Lee) and a level 17 ranger (Meru Meru Meruru). Both human.

THIS GAME IS AWESOME. Honestly, I quit playing Xenoblade once I started this.

I've got it, playing on Ehmry Bay since that's where a lot of people from an FFXI board I frequent went to.

The only character I've put much time into is my Silvari Mesmer (Isiolia, still only level 15), but I did start a couple other characters. I sampled all the races and most of the professions in the beta weekends, but never got very far due to limited time and not wanting to burn out on the early areas on temporary characters.

I rolled on Stormbluff Isle. From what I read if you group up with someone on a different server you can play with them still in game if you're in the same zone.

I really like the guild and friend system. They're both account-bound. When you add a friend's character you are adding their whole account (sort of like WoW's Real ID), and when you get into a guild on one toon, you're on it on all.

Level 30 Gorn Warrior. I've been taking my time, whenever I go to a new zone I 100% that zone for the experience and chest. You level fast enough that when I do the story missions for the zone I'm in I'm outleveling them.

I now have a level 30 warrior as well. 3rd character. So far warrior is by far the easiest. Overpowered, perhaps. I was able to complete some story quests while being 6 levels below the recommended.

Been busy with other stuff, but I'm darn tempted to get this still. Trying to resist a while longer so I can put a dent in my backlog. >_<

This here is my problem. My backlog is now growing, whereas all thats being played is this.

I'm not going to lie... I'm not a big fan of GW2. I'm planning on getting TERA and The Secret World since:

1.- I love the BAM's and combat in TERA
2.- I love horror and TSW is basically an entire MMO/Adventure/Puzzle game based around famous horror novels, legends, mythology and movies.

Also... GW2 is a rip-off here in Mexico and since I want the physical collector's edition it would cost me over 200 dollars

To be fair the physical collector's edition is over $200 everywhere now. The thing came out at $150 and sold out.
