Anybody know how to get a translation for a rom or how to get the translation to work? Seems like a cool game and I would hate to miss out on it.

You can get the Famicom port translation from romhacking.net. Just use a IPS patcher like Lunar IPS or something similar, check Romhacking.net for it. As for the rom Google it. Hideo Kojima recently said that this game was on his top 5 favorite games. Also it was one of the games that inspired him into game design so it can't be half bad.
