Who needs an 84" TV?

Me. I have a 70" Sharp LCD TV and really wanted to get the 80" but didn't want to pay $4K+. If you look at my media room thread, you'll see a picture of my 52" Samsung.
With the 70", I still have about 1 ft of wall space on either side of the TV before it interferes with my speakers.

I sit about 10ft from the TV so it's not too big.

I should take some new photos and add them to my existing thread to show the new TV and my HTPC.

Yeah, you're house is also twice the size of mine. =) Also, I can't afford to waste thousands on a big flat panel TV. My family likes to eat at least one meal a day. O_o

You're one of the few folks who actually could use a TV that big.

Personally, if I ever find myself in a position where I need a screen that big (or bigger!), i'll probably just invest in a nice projector.

Nay. I get pissed at these people with high metabolisms that eat twice as much as me and weigh half as much. Its not the just not the same.

Honestly, I wouldn't care if I didn't affect my chances with the ladies. Looks are average, personality just depends on what she likes, so weight is just something I need to fix.
