A quick roast of chunks kissed with olive oil, then straight to the final chili. Not exactly al dente', as I like a bit of a firmer bite (set myself up there didn't I?).

Counting calories = retarded and wrong...

large diet sodas can make a somewhat small meal feel like a real meal.

Shit, that stuff is worse for your health than soda with sugar...

You wanna lose weight? Lose the carbs...

No potatoes, no grains, no rice, no bread, no pasta...

Eat lots of unprocessed meat, lots of vegetables, a little fruit...

Extra: drink lukewarm water with lemon when you wake up. Good for losing weight, and your liver will thank you...

This diet will put your body in ketosis. Most of what I just said is part of the ketogenic diet...

Bodybuilders use this diet to get tighter skin and muscles a few days before a show...

I lost 40 lbs in 4 months using my diet tips + daily exercise, not exaggerating at all. Counting calories worked perfectly for me: eat only 1500-1800 per day, and it doesn't matter how you eat them. You'll lose weight if burn more than you consume.

Weight loss methods work for some, not for all. I never was overweight but I sure wanted to get back to my prime high school weight and simply walking for an hour everyday and not eating "too much" junk food let me lose about 8lbs in a few months.
