Only have 3 PS1 games.

Galaxy Fight and Magical Drop transferred, but Tomba did not.

A shame. I really wanted Tomba to transfer.

Hmm. Now if I switch cards will the account on the Vita automatically change, or do I need to still restore?

Why'd you pick the Madden bundle if you don't mind my asking? (I mean besides being an obviously big sports fan.)

Don't mind at all. I've been looking to get a Vita but wanted the best deal possible. I know GameStop had previously been giving $50 in store gift cards (which could ideally be used on games or a memory card) but I calculated the savings in tax + I wanted a portable Madden + the savings on memory cards/games via Amazon outweighed waiting for another GameStop promotion.

So Amazon has decided to package in a free MLB The Show 12 and 4 gig memory card when you buy the Madden Vita bundle. Gee isn't that nice two days after I get mine in the mail? I'm emailing them to see if the offer can be extended, otherwise I'll consider returning it (I didn't have a chance to open it this weekend) and re-ordering with the new deal.
