Sega Cd Model 1 Drive will not open and Access light blinks.

I recently purchased a Model 1 Gen and a Model 1 Cd as one lot. I knew the Cd had problems. I fixed the fuse but now the drive won't open and though I have taken it apart and looked at it I can't seem to figure out how to get it to work. It dose make noise and the actual drive seems to work but the tray refuses to move. it might make a noise but mostly nothing. Dose anyone know how to fix these drives. I can't understand the guides online, If any one knows how to fix this, I will gladly pay to send the drive or the whole thing out to be fixed.

Is it trying to move at all? Maybe you knocked the belt off or didn't get the gear bits realigned when reassembling.
