I actually was about to post the velveeta a thing. I found two velveeta boxes full of cards and thought hey this would be perfect for DS games and remembered this thread. I have a box though with my gb games but I have around 6 and a shitty game boy

So I decided to do the card page binder idea after seeing the previous thread about GB game storage, because I've acquired a few GB (and GB color games) and I want to store those in the binder (the rest of my other GB games are safely stored in my black GB case with the original brick of a Game Boy).

After seeing that my old trading cards from back in the day were held in Ultra Pro card holders, I thought, well, I have gift cards for Toys R Us and I know they carry Ultra Pro card holders, so why not? I bought a pack of 35 of them for $8.99 (seems like a little much but I know I won't be running out of space for a while, plus it was the only ones they had there).

I opened them up a little while ago and....uh.....wow. Uh....I'm kinda disappointed. They definitely are not the same Ultra Pro card holders that I used 15 years ago. These feel.....really thin. Like I really shouldn't be putting anything lighter than an actual trading card in the slots. My old ones that hold my trading cards, feel more protective, thicker, like I can put my games in there and I wouldn't worry too much. I guess this is what happens when our society wants to use less plastic. Fine, but I don't want durability to suffer as a result.
