I could probably do either Friday or Saturday for lunch.

I would also point out that a bunch of big YouTube channels are getting together on Saturday at 3pm (right inside the main doors, no ticket needed). If you've ever wanted to ask Gamester81 about some of his crazy rare gaming consoles, or Pete Dorr's amazing import Sega collection, etc... this is the time to do it.

Friday sounds good to me too! How about at 1:00? There are lots of decent places in the area... here is a list of places nearby on urbanspoon.

I'd be down for Gameworks but I am going there at 6:00 on Friday for IGNs party. So how about Cheesecake factory or Taphouse?

Blue Water Taco is super tasty and cheap...but not sure how big the place is...

The challenge we may have is 75,000 other people will be looking for lunch as well...so we should try and find something that is not right across the street

That mentality actually wraps around; last year I didn't have any problems getting a table right away at Cheesecake Factory around lunchtime.

I didn't know IGN was having a party there I may stop by later. :)

I figure if we go somewhere a little nicer it won't be as busy as the most immediate cheapo burger places... Cheesecake Factory is a lot bigger place and should be accommodate bigger parties easier. Plus it has all kinds of food so it should be good for all tastes.

Any objections doing Cheesecake Factory at 1?

So guys... my wife just reminded me that there will be at least 5~6 people in my entourage on Friday... so maybe I should just bow out now. If it was just me, sure. But I will be bringing family & friends along to the convention and this can get very complicated quick. However, if you see me on the show floor, please stop and say HI.

I'm down it sounds good to me but we may need to do it earlier like around noon since the Invisible Walls panel is at 1:30pm. :)
