We're aware of the problem and the more technical guys are working on it. I'm dealing with the same thing, myself. My preferred skin is not even available right now. Best course for now is to just bear with the plain-jane-but-still-functional skin.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Says the guy who created a new topic and replied to it.

Wish I had some help to offer. A few board members have noticed "glitches", I haven't any issues expect getting an occasional sql error.

Reminds me of a couple years ago when the entire board would go down and give SQL errors for an hour almost every night.

Is this the skin to which you refer? If so, what is so "horrible" about it?

I did recently hear someone complain they had to change from a skin that was black with white text. Talk about hard on the eyes!

*edit* It seems this skin is called "GlossyBlue" and its the only one that seems to work properly at the moment. It's always been my skin, so I never noticed a problem.

I always figured "maintenance", and would simply wait until the next day to post. I don't expect a website (besides Google) to be fully functional 24/7.

Any update? The Strikeout, Spoiler tags do not work and Uploading Attachments are still down.

The update is you will get an update when we have an update. The only secretive cackling we do is in the "who should we ban" thread in the moderator forum; forum features we try to get restored as quickly as possible.

No, that is not the skin. I was using "GlossyBlue", but it is not working for me. So that's strange that its' working for you. The only one I can get to work is white background and black text (and is just plain text) and is really awkward to navigate.

Seems I'm not the only one with problems though, so I'll leave it a while. Hope it's all fixed soon :)

I can't edit my avatar. The link off-site thing isn't working... and there used to be a box that said "upload from your machine". That isn't there anymore.

Any help, please?

edit: Noticed the post move, hobie.

I wondered why my post wasn't in the thread I originally posted it in.

Edit 2: Works now. Thanks.
