Bangai-O in Canada

I've been waiting a loooooong time for this game, through several delays and such...and now the release date has come and gone without any sign of it in Canada.

Does anybody up here in Canada have it yet? This has happened so many times, apparently it is due to the two official languages requirement. I have respect for both our languages, but why do the publishers always wait until the last moment to find out the laws?

I know I'm ranting about a game being only a week late, but man some games I want right freaking now.

EDIT: I'm talking about Bangai-O Spirits for the DS.

While I haven't looked for it yet, I will be soon. However, I'll probably end up buying it on Ebay so I'll be waiting for shipping anyway. When I pick up Too Human next week I'll check out the availability at EB and post if you haven't already found it.

Thanks; one of the EBs here had it, but my friend bought it first.

I really hate EB (like, really hate), so I think I'll wait until Best Buy or something else has it. They don't even think the game exists! Same with Wal-Mart.

Not sure about Canada but my local store had to wait till Friday to have the game in stock. I picked my copy up today, well worth the wait.
