Not necessarily. What's the subscription price vs. the cost of production? Were the subscription numbers trending up or down? How was it doing at the newsstand?

Sad to hear, but no surprising. I'll never forget Nintendo Power of old getting me hyped for all sorts of games that were coming out.

There are a lot of factors, chief among them is what were advertisements in Nintendo Power selling for? Ad revenue is what's sink or swim for magazines much more so than what consumers pay for them.

well this is sad . I thought that an official magazine would have financial support for a long time, and would probably die out last. But I didn't know that Nintendo wasn't the one publishing it anymore. I remember reading a few issues in the 90s when I lived in the states and it was really fun. Specially its game guides. And I think they also published some Mario comics? I remember reading a comic based on Super Mario Land 2 which was fun

They don't do digital, at least I don't know about it and I have been subscribed 3+ years so you can safely assume no digital.
