Re: Neo geo pricing help
Please take console flipping elsewhere, makes me sick, if you want a deal pass one along to fellow members
As for your question, I run a cmvs through rgb on a pvm monitor and I doubt I will find anything better. I own some quality titles and have paid for them, but this is not a light decision.

Seriously. He barely made it out alive here in our relatively easy-going forum ... I can't imagine the drama he may bring to neo-geo.Thierry Henry wrote:Tell him to bring a thick skin as well.Breetai wrote:DC4Ever, I highly recommend making an account at Neo-Geo.com and trying to sell your AES there.

We have elephant size drama over at Neo Geo right now. I would suggest not even touching the pot, let alone stirring.
Re: Neo geo pricing help
What would that even look like over there and how would you be able to tell?Bradtemple87 wrote:We have elephant size drama over at Neo Geo right now. I would suggest not even touching the pot, let alone stirring.

Well, we have fake MVS Aero Fighters 3 conversions sold for thousands of dollars, the return of Dion and NGF, a dirtbag hacker trying to crash the site, and a prominent member disappear out of thin air that people thought was a trusted seller and moderator.
This is about as big as I could imagine it Dave

LOL. Awesome. I've thought of joining over there just for the lulz @ times but since I have no Neo stuff, it is hard to get at all invested. Still, their very positive reputation AND very negative reputation are both well deserved, in my experience. I imagine some people are just about flipping their shit given all the stuff you described.Bradtemple87 wrote:Well, we have fake MVS Aero Fighters 3 conversions sold for thousands of dollars, the return of Dion and NGF, a dirtbag hacker trying to crash the site, and a prominent member disappear out of thin air that people thought was a trusted seller and moderator.

It really has been a zoo lately, but the great members far outway the bad ones. That site has just been around for so long, that the majority of members with the 10 year stamp have lost their patience for stupid questions.

Bradtemple87 said outright what I was thinking, but I think had implied for anyone who has been to NG.Thierry Henry wrote:Tell him to bring a thick skin as well.Breetai wrote:DC4Ever, I highly recommend making an account at Neo-Geo.com and trying to sell your AES there.
So, DC4Ever, what are you paying for this minty Neo Geo system? You're in the spotlight, mate.
Those turned out to be fake? Damn... I hope they crucify that guy. He was from CA, wasn't he? I remember when they first hit the market.we have fake MVS Aero Fighters 3 conversions sold for thousands of dollars

You'd might be surprised how much collectors will pay for a truly "mint" item. I doubt the stuff he is picking up is mint, because 95% of people misuse the word, but in the off chance it is people will pay a premium for that kind of condition.Breetai wrote:I'd say you are about double on your price estimates I think?Crabmaster2000 wrote:Like was mentioned in the second post that seems to be getting over looked, make sure you find out if its a US or JAP BIOS. The price is wildly different with the US one being much more expensive. If its as mint and complete as you suggest and a US BIOS it could be in the $800-$1100 range. A JAP BIOS would be in the ball park of less than half of that.
