what was it called?

a few years back a what i can believe to be a rpg came out on the ps3. the collectors edition came with a note pad shaped like boobs in a bra. i think it was one of the weird japanese love rpgs. what was the title of this game?

And it only came out for the 360 in physical form. It was only available on the PSN for PS3
