I think I only have one for every system that requires them... one N64, one PS1, one PS2, one DC (maybe two for DC? I'm not sure) and one GCN. I need a new PS2 one, though, mine is pretty full :?

EDIT: all official cards, no 3rd party stuff...

I've got:

1 for the N64 (Official)
3 for the PS1 (1 Official, 2 3rd party)
2 for the PSP (1 2GB, 1 4GB)
3 for the PS2 (1 Used, 2 Brand New still in their packaging)
1 for the Wii
2 for the Gamecube (1 Official, 1 3rd party)
and
1 Backup Ram Cart for the Sega CDX

.....I think that's it.

Wow, you guys have a bunch of memory cards.

I've only ever had 3 memory cards in my entire life:

1 controller pak (N64)
1 59 block memory card (Gamecube)
1 251 block memory card (Gamecube)

I used the N64 controller pak for ghost data on Mario Kart 64. I assumed it was for time trials though, so not only was I bummed out that it was for just ghost data, but it was also for 2 tracks. Really? 121 blocks for 2 tracks of ghost data? What a ripoff. I had those for a long time but I ended up deleting them to make room for other games, although it is likely I may just get the Memory Card Plus for future N64 saves (it's supposed to be better than the controller pak because of more storage and flash memory as opposed to the controller pak using a battery for saves.

Had a standard 59 block memory card for my Gamecube when I got it. After a few games I was using it up quickly. Then I stopped playing my Gamecube regularly for a long time. Got back into it, realized I need a different card. So I bought a 251 block memory card for 10 bucks, transferred the saves over (after clearing the ones on THAT card), then sold my old 59 block one for 5 bucks.

So now I have just the 251 block memory card for my Gamecube, and the controller pak for my N64.

I cannot wait until I get a Dreamcast so I can get the VMUs. Those things are awesome.

I was also expecting more pics too.

All righty, with picture. I have more than I was thinking now I dragged them all out.

Unsquashed sized link. Stupid layout!

2 AR 4m+ (one not working currently) and 1 generic memory card for Saturn
4 grey and 1 smoke VMU for DC
1 Tennoke Bank for PCE CD/Duo
1 Performance for N64
1 grey and 4 clear blue official, 1 crappy silver Madcatz 8X, 3 assorted 3rd party, and 1 fake clear green for PS1
1 grey official (not sure small size), aqua and clear orange Madcatz 4X, and 1 generic 128 cards for GC
1 official for XBOX
3 black official, 2 clear blue official, and 2 Madcatz for PS2

32 total.

My oldest card is the bottom right MadCatz PS2 one in the case I bought with my PS2 near launch. I acquired all of the other systems since then. Other than deleting saves for games I've sold off, I don't think I've deleted anything else.

I refused to delete saves, so when a memory card filled up it meant buying a new one. I have 3 PS1 and 3 PS2 cards that are completely full. I would usually try and buy a new color, and then keep similar games on the different memory cards. I used to put those memory card stickers that came with the early years of PSM on them, too.

I think I eventually invested in one of those PS1 memory card transfer kits so I could back up my saves on my PC. It used a serial port, hehe.

Aside from that I think I still have about 3 VMUs and 2 Gamecube cards that are all mostly full.

I have tons of PS2 and PS1 memory cards as I was always paranoid about losing saves, so every card had another card with the exact same saves copied onto it

Does anyone else use a PC as memory backup option? I use Dex Drives for the PS1 and N64.

I had the Playstation Dex Drive back in the day. I remember using it to retrieve saves from sites like gamefaqs. It was pretty cool to try out other people's cars in Gran Turismo and watch saved replays.

I think I ended up giving it to Hobie a couple of years ago.
