Main thing that gives me pause about the price is that while yes, the AES and MVS were never cheap, they're also old. Something the press release even mentions - "following the 20th anniversary" and all. Many of the games themselves were released on other systems in bargain priced collections.
IMO, the main thing that's missing is how they plan to distribute the rest of the game library for it. If they're going to offer $20 compilation carts or something, then it could prove to be a good deal, particularly if it's a SOAC and not emulation.
