Is it worth the $15 for the PC version? I don't have a X360 or PS3 :(

Supposedly the PC version has more content, but I'm not sure what exactly that content is.

The game is absolutely worth $15. It is a steal at $10. This an extremely full featured game. Probably will need a controller if you don't already have one. I can't imagine playing this one on the keyboard.

The only thing I've heard confirmed about the new content is extra challenge rooms.

When I end up getting a PS3, I'll probably buy it again for that too! So obviously I think it's worth at least $20.

I had heard all versions had exclusive content, but with the challenge rooms on PC, and ability to play on PSP for PS3, I'm left wondering what's special about the 360 version...

Update: on that graphical issue...upon playing through the game again, I've noticed the issue on other levels as well. So far - Level 1 and 5. Disappointing that this exists, but it hasn't seemed to bother me and/or is slightly less noticeable on these levels perhaps because you're too busy swinging etc. I confirmed this with my friend as well. I guess nothing's perfect.

Still wondering about the PS3 version...

From the demo I played I wasn't all that impressed.

The demo is extremely lame. You don't even get to fight the first boss and the first level is very short and not too remarkable. Also, no challenge rooms, co-op or multiplayer.

I think they geared the demo toward people who are familiar with the original. Basically you can make sure it controls OK and looks good and that's about all.

I thought the demo was good. I'm not trying to be an ass about it, but it actually does have 2 challenge rooms (didn't it have co-op too?). 8)

I played that partial level from the demo 5 or 6 times and I didn't get tired of it. I had never played the NES version and the demo completely sold it for me...I bought it and I'm happy with it.

I tried co-op tonight and it is really good. I am surprised that an originally single-player experience works so well with 2 players.

Huh. Well I admit I didn't spend that long with the demo. XBL demos almost never include co-op and I could have sworn I didn't see the option for it lit in the menu. I did think it was dumb that the first boss - which you can get to in about 4 or 5 minutes - says "buy the demo to fight me!" lol

EDIT: Here's someone else who thought the same thing I did.
