As a Metroid game it's a bit of a travesty. The story was a character assassination of Samus on the level of what Star Wars did to Darth Vader. The gameplay had its moments as an action title but was a step in the wrong direction for the series.

I had 2 lol'd at your comparison. Loved the game itself. I would buy another if they made an Other M sequel but they took a women who was supposed to be a badazz bounty hunter and made her look like a teenage girl who's always scared and is worried about if certain boyz still like her. If nintendo is reading this do yourself a favor and in the next Metriod game.......... don't let her talk lol
