Apparently from what I saw on the Shmups forum hi-scores, you can loop this one, I have no idea how though.

There's an Extended game mode which adds a second loop. There's also a Harder game mode, as if regular wasn't hard enough.

I love this game but it's soooo brutal. My adrenaline is still pumping. Last phase of the last boss and almost at a letter score!
