Not sure if anyone has added these yet, but here you go:

OREGON:

Video Game Wizards
9712 SE Foster Rd.
Portland, Oregon 97266
Phone: (503) 771-6440
This place is my go-to for pretty much anything retro in the Portland area. They generally have it all, even if it's crammed into a small space. Most of their games are priced to sell (I picked up several CIB Sega CD games there for about $3-$10 a piece), the staff rather knowledgeable, and they are completely willing to help you find exactly what you're looking for and make sure it meets your standards, whatever they are. Also they have a good return policy, they buy games and stay open decently late. Check them out!

Video Game Wizards
300 Lewis Street
Silverton, Oregon 97381
Phone: (503) 873-0444
Haven't had a chance to visit their Silverton location, but I'm sure it's similar to the Portland one.

Game Trader
3205 SW Cedar Hills Blvd
Beaverton, OR 97005
Phone: (503) 641-5511
I've only been here once, and I was impressed and disappointed at the same time. While their shelves and behind the counter areas are stocked to capacity with pretty much any game you can think off, many CIB, they are rather pricey. I'll go back there eventually, but I'd say if you do go, be prepared with a list of things and bring both your wallet and a backup wallet.

CD Game Exchange
1428 SE 36th Ave
Portland, OR 97214
Phone: (503) 233-1708
I've only been in here a couple of times, I'm pretty sure this isn't somewhere you'd seriously look for any sort of good buys. Don't get me wrong, they do have a decent selection, and you can find the occasional gem, but their pricing is all across the board, both on their games and accessories, and their DVDs. Most times that I've asked if they have something, they don't even bother looking it up in their computer, they just say yes and point where it might be, or no and go back to whatever they were doing. Not a place I'd go frequently.

I guess this is the place to post this sort of stuff. Avoid Game City in Londonderry Mall, Edmonton Alberta (and I assume in Bonnie Doon Mall as well). The first post in this thread explains why.

Long story short they put repro carts in with official carts and don't tell anybody when they buy them.

Steve's Sportscards:
Ohio Valley Mall
Unit #295 Mall Road
St. Clairsville, OH 43950
(740) 517-3487

Definitely recommended to go there on the weekends because that's when the real owner is there. He's the one that deals with the games the most.

Visited a pretty decent store out in Chesterfield, MI. Place was called GameQuest.

Had some decent stuff in there, a great selection of all varieties. Had some stuff that I would've picked up if I had the cash. Panzer Dragoon Zwei for 30 bucks, some copies of Shenmue, lots of good handheld cartridges. Prices on some stuff was a little high, but one of the better stores I've seen in a while. Overall, a very reasonable place and worth checking out. It's on the intersection of 21 and Gratiot if that rings a bell.

I'm sorry, but I just can't do that. The store you mentioned sounds like it's doing a great service by making repros of games that were never released in English. In fact, I'm actually confounded as to why you see this as a problem. How is it a bad thing that they are making new games available? It's not like the customer is getting fooled; the games were never released here, anyway, so there's nothing to compare them to.
