Just got the news that I have a heart disease that more or less guarantees my heart is going to fail eventually. Hate to make a downer post (even though that's primarily what I do), but yeah, feels bad man.

Hearts do that. Hope you take care of your ticker and stick around for as long as you can, and my thoughts are with you. Keep in mind congestive heart failure can take years, if not decades.

Probably won't live past 60, but, that's quite a way from now. I'm not too broken up over it really, but getting a death sentence kind of is really weird.

Yeah, look into things to avoid to treat it as best as you can. Play the game and beat the odds!

Cayenne is one of the best herbs to keep your heart and veins strong and clean...

Pfft. I'd wish to be so lucky.

Worrying about dying will kill you quicker than death.

So may maybe that didn't make much sense, but in short, don't stress out. I'm a strong believer in "stressed out people stress other people out, no good to gain".

Not to be a party pooper, but anyone of us could die at any second. Just hang in there and know you may have a lot more life in you than you may think*.


*and read Calvin and Hobbes or something that makes ya smile. Get out, fly a kite, grill some burgers with friends. I'd say Laughter is nature's candy over raisins everyday.

This website I've used forever suddenly quit working for me. It loads and everything, although quite slowly. Once it does, I get a pointer as if all things are clickable, the website is unable to be scrolled, and clicking anywhere causes it to fail and be closed.

I've tried opening it in compatability, but no luck. Any other ideas?
