I took the chance, even with no cables, because it was so cheap. I cleaned it up a bit, and it worked perfectly! Still has a lot of dirt in some places, though.

Awesome! At the very least it would make a good spare unit. You wouldn't think it from looking at a Dreamcast but it can be pretty annoying to get into every nook and cranny when cleaning one up. Being that off-white color that gets dirty really easily doesn't help.

And the L and R 'buttons' are shitty too.

Good for hacking though. When you want to make a stick or something...

It's the size of a stick so I could see that.

ROFLOL !

Funny...

Actually, the size of the board doesn't matter. You solder wires on the contact points. You do not solder the buttons directly on the print. You can put the buttons and stick anywhere...

Hah. Sexual innuendos. If you don't mind me asking, what do you mean by stick?

It's the size of an arcade stick so I could see that.

Is how I read it...

Which is funny, because those controllers are indeed huge...

It's the size of a dick so I could see that.

Is how you read it...

Among other things, I just picked up a nice, piping hot - and complete(!) - copy of Ballz 3D for the Sega Genesis. The cost? A cool $1.99.

Now that I have copies for both the SNES and Genesis, I will have to see how they compare...(To each other, I mean. No other game compares to Ballz.)
